Return policy
Due to COVID-19, all sales are final. We are currently not offering refunds or accepting exchanges. We are closely monitoring updates from the Federal Government and the CDC. This policy will be re-evaluated and revised once deemed safe to do so.
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping; however, we advise all customers to inspect their items upon receipt. Please notify us of any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 3 days of receipt. Email us at info@shopkriskloset.com. Please include your Order Number in the subject line, along with photos and a description of the issue in the body of the email. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. We will issue a store credit for any items found to be incorrect, damaged or defective, through no fault of the customer. The customer is responsible for initial return shipping fees. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will refund the customer's return shipping fees for any damaged, defective or incorrect items determined to be our fault.
