Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment verification.  

FREE local pickup is available in Virginia Beach, VA.

Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order.  If you realize you've entered the incorrect shipping address, please contact us, via email, within 24 hours at info@shopkriskloset.com.  We will do our best to update your address if the order has not been fulfilled.  If the order has been fulfilled, but not shipped out, your order will be canceled.  

Kris' Kloset is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer upon checkout.

All packages are shipped via USPS, Priority 2-3 day mail, with $50 insurance for lost/stolen or damaged packages.

Kris' Kloset is not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages.  You must file a claim with USPS and they will reimburse you, up to $50, for lost/stolen or damaged packages.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
